The Bolshoi’s 1986 debut album "Friends" is being reissued on white vinyl after being out of print for 30 years. Their music, featuring dark and subversive themes, defied easy categorization, and their live shows earned them a dedicated following. The album's first single "Away" reached #1 on the CMJ charts. The band, based in London, consisted of Trevor Tanner (lead vocals, guitar), Nick Chown (bass), Jan Kalicki (drums), and Paul Clark (keyboards).
