Moon Pixは、アメリカのシンガーソングライターCat Power（別名Chan Marshall）による4枚目のアルバムです。 1998年9月にマタドールレコードでリリースされました。以前のリリースであるWhatWould the Community Think （1996）に続きます。

Moon Pixを録音する前に、マーシャルは音楽ビジネスから引退し、オレゴン州ポートランドとサウスカロライナ州プロスペリティに移転することを計画していました。しかし、田舎の農家に滞在中に幻覚の悪夢を経験した後、マーシャルは一晩でムーンピックスの大部分を書いた。 1998年1月、マーシャルはオーストラリアのメルボルンを訪れ、オーストラリアのインストルメンタルバンドDirtyThreeのミックターナーとジムホワイトとそれぞれギターとドラムでアルバムをレコーディングしました。

Returns
