アリス・イン・チェインズ、90年代初頭にシアトルから出現した最も暗いバンドの1つ。彼らの1992年のアルバムDirtは、グランジジャンルのマイルストーンでした。ギタリストのジェリー・カントレルと謎めいたボーカリストのレイン・ステイリーの好意により、大規模な暗いボーカルでチューニングされたギターは、キラーな組み合わせであることが証明されました。
