American rockers Lifehouse lit up the scene in Los Angeles with Jason Wade, Rick Woolstenhulme Jr., Bryce Soderberg and Steve Stout carrying the torch. Their first single, the chart-topping "Hanging By A Moment," set the Los Angeles-based band on the path to success. 2005's self-titled album Lifehouse, produced by John Alagia, marked their third album and featured the original duo of Jason and Rick plus new member Bryce Soderberg Jr. on bass. Lead single "You And Me" soared to #5 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and found its way on to acclaimed shows such as Smallville (where the band performed the song along with "Come Back Down," "Blind" and "Undone"), Grey's Anatomy and The 4400.
